Brad Neal, CFP®

Brad is the founder of Red Oak Financial. He is responsible for the investment process and action plan for each of our clients, and holds the Certified Financial Planner® professional designation. Brad earned his Bachelor of Biblical Literature degree from Ozark Bible College and his Master of Arts in Philosophy and Theology from Lincoln Christian Seminary. He has been actively involved in the community having served on the board of Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, and as an elder of Lincoln Christian Church. Brad is the majority owner of Red Oak Financial.

Stacy meets with our investment clients and has special expertise in insurance planning. He holds the Certified Financial Planner®, Accredited Wealth Management Advisor®, and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® professional designations. AWMA and CRPC conferred by College for Financial Planning. Stacy joined our team in 2008 with seven years of experience in the business office and financial aid department at Lincoln Christian University. Stacy earned a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning degree from College for Financial Planning in 2022. Stacy earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Eastern Illinois University in 2000 and now serves on its Christian Campus House board of directors. He also enjoys helping with the high school youth group at Jefferson Street Christian Church. He holds Series 7 and 63 registrations through LPL Financial, as well as a life and health insurance license in Illinois. Stacy is a part owner of Red Oak Financial.
Nathan neal

Nathan meets with our investment clients and provides experience in tax strategies. He has special interest in performing research for our investment portfolios. Nathan also focuses on technology solutions for our business. Nathan joined our team in 2010 after graduating Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in communication. He holds Series 7 and 66 registrations through LPL Financial. Nathan is a part owner of Red Oak Financial.

Genevieve designs and implements the systems that serve our clients. She is responsible for our service model and marketing efforts. Genevieve also coordinates our special events and projects. She joined Red Oak Financial in 2010 after graduating from University of Illinois with honors with a bachelor's degree in consumer economics with a concentration in financial planning. She holds Series 7 and 66 registrations through LPL Financial, as well as a life and health insurance license in Illinois. Genevieve is a part owner of Red Oak Financial.

Donna is one of your points of contact when you call. She is responsible for processing client information, as well as tracking client requests. Donna joined Red Oak Financial in 2015. She came to us with 18 years of experience in the payroll department at Christian Homes. Donna has been a fan of common-sense financial teachings for many years, having taken two of Dave Ramsey's courses.

Britany is your first point of contact when you call our office. She is responsible for assisting our advisors with the administrative side of opening and maintaining client accounts, as well as tracking client requests. Britany joined our team in 2022 and was most recently in an administrative position with the Logan County Circuit Clerk's office. She brings with her many years of banking experience as well as donor relations experience from her time with Christian Horizons' development department.

Carolyn manages the details of running Red Oak from her home office. She has been by Brad's side from the beginning! Carolyn also serves as the chairperson of the Harvest of Talents for World Hunger ministry team at Lincoln Christian Church.
